ILLUSTRATIONS IN THE MAKING
	The few images below are a glimpse of the process the illustrations went though. After designing the total layout of the book, and how the images would visually connect, I did further research and copious rough sketches of the sixty-odd different animals, most of which are particular species and sub-species. As things progressed I refined the composition of each page with the relevant text always an integral part of the overall page design. Each collage illustration took roughly 10 - 15 days to develop and execute, depending on the complexity of detail.
